If you are returning an item in new condition, with the original product packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery , you will automatically receive a full refund of the original purchase. Other return situations are at our discretion. Please note that we can not except returns for other brand baskets and toppers that are not stamped with our Billy Joe Trademark.
